Today our holdings are concentrated in South Florida — our home market and deepest operating base — but our ownership already extends beyond it. We own assets in other states, and we are actively pursuing acquisitions up the East Coast and into the Midwest, wherever the fundamentals fit our long-term approach.
The portfolio spans industrial bays in Hialeah and Miami Gardens, larger cross-docks in Miami-Dade and Port St. Lucie, retail bays at Tradition Center for Commerce, marinas operated in partnership with Reel Deal Yachts, and select land positions. Experienced underwriting, self-funding capability, and in-house legal counsel let us execute complex transactions efficiently. Independence from institutional capital lets us act creatively and quickly.
